Heidi is a fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner trained by the internationally acclaimed Quest Institute and also holds a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from Inter-Psyche College.

She is a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy who promote the highest standard of training and professional ethics amongst its members. She is also UKCHO Registered.

Heidi also holds the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) which is the first nationally accredited hypnotherapy qualification, awarded by the NCFE National Awarding Body

Heidi is no stranger to the stresses of modern life. She originally trained and worked in a blue chip corporate IT environment, but her deep interest in people and desire to work with change, growth, and development, lead her to begin studying and training for a new life direction. She is now committed to enabling people from all walks of life to move forward in their lives, and reach their fullest potential.

Heidi has a warm, genuine and caring nature. With a non-judgemental approach, she listens, validates and supports her clients to the fullest.

Heidi uses a mixture of Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Counselling and NLP techniques to tailor sessions to the clients individual needs.
